Cancellation policy

Some programs on our website may be offered to you on a payment plan. Due to the nature of these purchases, cancelation or refunds of digital products are not permitted.

Subscriptions
When you purchase our digital products on a payment plan, you commit to the subscription as such. These are based on the duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be automatically charged for the months that apply to your chosen duration. When the balance has been paid in full, the payment plan will automatically be cancelled by Elisa J. Media.
